I am from Chicago and can not get a Chicago dog to save my life. I went to a few places that advertised it, but in turned out the owner's where not from Chicago and did not know how to do a proper dog or Italian Beef! The owner of City-Eatz is from Chicago! Not only could I get a proper Chicago dog and Italian Beef, he had other Marquee sandwiches from other cities like, the "Philly Cheese Steak"! Yum! All the best and much success to you guys!

The cheese steak and the French fries were so good!! Fries were cut fresh and fried, simply delicious. The service was slow, and took an employee about 5-7 minutes to even greet us. When I needed an extra plate they wanted to charge me. Customer service could of been better, but food was great!

I remember a while back in Deerfield there was a caboose looking place that used to sell hot dogs. I found myself there but with a huge disappointment as I pulled through the drive thru they had changed the entire menu and there was everything except the hot dog I wanted. while I was shopping looking for accessories for the Yelp Spring Break lady Belle pirate ship takeover I found my self in front of city eatz ordering a Chicago hot dog. Everything is made to order nothing is prepared ahead of time. the fries were fresh cut and fried right in front of me. The Vienna dog had everything on it from hot peppers to tomatoes to sauerkraut and even Green relish with a soft poppy seed bun. I really have to say this is delicious for mall food. I also got birch beer to drink. at the rate I'm going if I don't take a picture of everything it will be an empty tray. I will be back for sure. my favorite city Chicago. After shopping for Mickey Mouse things to finish off decorating my bathroom I decided to give City Eatz a try. Being from Chicago I ordered an Italian beef sandwich with Giardiniera with fries. The fries are twice cooked which gives them great texture and flavored with some seasoning which is not over powering but a nice touch. The sandwich itself is filled with roast beef about twice the amount used by other places here in south Florida. I had it dipped in the gravy which made it extra flavorful, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the roll it was served on was a bit dried out even after being dipped in the beef juices they should have just opened up a new pack of rolls instead of micorwaving the last roll to give it a little life. I plan on coming back soon to try some other cities they have on the menu.

Went to the Festival Flea Market to look around. Went to the food court and chose City-Eatz. Got the Cheesesteak combo and it was enough for both my wife and myself. It was delicious. Recommend it highly. Fresh cut and fresh fried fries.

I came here on a whim one day for lunch. The chef was extremely nice and prepared my salad super fresh. He brought a whole head of romaine out and chopped it up with tomato and cucumber. The chicken was cooked right on the spot with fresh peppers and onions. Great food and excellent service.

Don't let the size (or location) of this tiny place fool you. They are BIG on flavor. City-Eatz is located inside the Festival Flea Market Mall and serves a variety of city inspired favorites to satisfy your guilty pleasure cravings. Whether you want a Chicago-style Vienna Beef Hotdog and Scala's Italian Beef, a Philly Cheesesteak on an Amoroso Roll, Buffalo-style Chicken Wings or a Beef on Weck they have it. Come on, where else are you gonna find a kummelweck roll in our neck of the woods? My first visit fared a response of "not too shabby." I happened upon this place accidentally and was eager to test things out. As I sat down with my Chicago hotdog, Italian beef sandwich, and french fries, I watched the food that was served to the hungry patrons. Even though I was far too full to taste their cheesesteak, chicken wings, and other yummy items, I can tell you that everything looked delicious. I will be heading back soon to check things out further. Stay tuned for the update on this post. In the meantime, head over and check City-Eatz out for yourself. Found this place on living social, and to be honest wasn't expecting much from a food court restaurant in a retirement community masked as a flea market. Once at the counter we began to scan over the menu of philly's,wing's, etc...Then out comes the chef, who instantly put us at ease with several recommendations. When you have a chef so confident and passionate about his cooking you cant help but pay attention. As per his request we went with the classic philly and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. A must try if you're in the area.

Again yelp helped me find a great place to eat. City-eatz has chicago beef sandwiches that made me feel like i was back home. When i told the cashier that i was from chicago he immediately got me a sample and the owner came over and introduced himself to me. What a great find!!!!!

Just had a Philly cheesesteak with onions and Cheez Wiz here. Wow, fabulous! Just like Redding Terminal (for all you Philly people). This place offers specialties from all different cities (Buffalo wings, Chicago hot dogs, etc); very clever idea. Great find in the food court at Festival Flea Market.

Decent cheesesteak and sandwiches, but Great Fries!! Reminded me of Boardwalk fries in Ocean City. Fries look fresh cut and fried with great crispiness. What an interesting selection of food options in the small Flea Market mall. Nothing really looks appetizing in the whole place. Luckily we ordered the fries and was pleasantly surprised.

If you're looking for a real Chicago dog, served from a guy who really is happy to make it, this is the place to go. His beef sandwiches are just right too...actually I think better than Portillos DARE I say! His beef gravy is so amazing I drank it. Omg. They have fresh cut fries that they make right in front of you and season with orange salt. Delicious. Okay, so it's not Ruth Chris or anything but I'd go out of my way to run in and grab lunch from this place. Vienna beef and poppy seed buns...they had me at hello.
